How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Do Joyor electric scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, every scooter is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components to ensure your peace of mind.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Is assembly required when my scooter arrives?
Joyor scooters arrive 90% assembled. You will only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few bolts using the included tool kit before your first ride.
